ECOARC is a young and dynamic company backed by three generations of architects. The family-run Technical Society was established in the 1950s with Mr. Adolfo Chumilla Martínez as a military surveyor, and Mr. Juan Francisco Chumilla Valderas as a senior architect and president of the Society.
The Society was a pioneer in residential urban planning and expanded between Murcia and Alicante, contributing to the development of large-scale partial plans.
The company later passed into the hands of Mr. Juan Francisco Chumilla Ripoll, originally from the city of Cartagena and the driving force behind the ECOARC project. Son and grandson of architects, his vocation could only be architecture. He graduated from CEU San Pablo University and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Because we love design and innovation we know that we can't get fix in a unique style and only one kind of project.
ECOARC's philosophy regarding design is based on the combination of the traditional style with the timeless and modern. We cover a wide range of architectural projects ranging from small interior design interventions to large-scale, thematic projects, partial plans, requalifications, etc...
The typological and aesthetic variety are key for us. Among the projects we have carried out so far, we can highlight residential, urban projects, commercial areas, hotels, rehabilitation of historic buildings, among others.
